Syrian yacht club opened in 2000 as the first marina in Syria. It has a berthing capacity for 50 yachts on the water and 50 on land, equipped with all needs of yachtsmen (service station provided with water & electricity, patrol station, communication services, sloping for boats of 40 m length, yacht maintenance, restaurant, play yard, and cafeteria, besides the quay for yachts which depth is 2-6 m).
